Yoga- This low impact challenge will improve muscle conditioning, coordination and agility. It will put you in touch with your inner being as you stimulate both your body and mind during this workout. 

Pilates - The focus on alignment and form, which combines movement, core stability, and overall balance to create dynamic workout that will leave you breathless… and stress free.

Burn It - Take body sculpting to the next level!  Work every muscle from every angle in every way. This intense total body experience is designed to improve your muscular strength, tone and endurance by utilizing free weights and exercise resistance-balls.  Weights, steps, bands, and other props may be used during the training session.

Explode - High intensity, shot duration intervals are combined with power movements and strength training to define all major muscle groups of the body. This is an incredible workout designed to burn calories, enhance endurance and build stamina.


CORE - This class is designed solely for your mid-section.  The emphasis is on endurance, strength, and proper form.  The class will have your abs ripped from top to bottom but also keep your back muscles just as strong for a balanced posture and healthy center for improved performance in all areas of life- from daily activities to athletic sport training.

Lunch Crunch - The class allows you to spend your lunch hour with us, get a great workout (which really makes your day feel complete), and grab a healthy shake or smoothie on your way out the door as you head back to work.… all while targeting those trouble areas that needs special attention.

TBC - (Total Body Conditioning) A cardiovascular workout that incorporates steps and barbells and guarantees an excellent combination of power training, lifting, and overall muscular enhancement that challenges and strengthens the total body.

Cycling - A coached, high energy, low impact, indoor cycling workout that will improve your cardiovascular condition and build stamina.  The class will not only tone your legs, gluteus maximus, but also your core muscles.Learn More about Studio Cycling


Youth Training
- Instructed by Sport-Specific Certified Trainers, the class is designed to teach our youth the proper way to lift. These classes are safe and effective, as good technique in weight training is imperative!

Boot Camp - Group training concepts brought back to the military basics, designed to improve strength and endurance while increasing flexibility, balance and coordination. This is a SPECIALTY class that will be offerred a few times throughout the year for a fee... so look for it!
