Lunch Crunch - This class allows you to spend your lunch hour with us, get a great workout (which really makes your day feel complete), and grab a healthy shake or smoothie on your way out the door as you head back to work.… all while targeting those trouble areas that needs special attention.

AMP - Take body sculpting to the next level! Work every muscle from every angle in every way. This intense total body experience is designed to improve your muscular strength, tone and endurance by utilizing free weights and exercise resistance-balls. Weights, steps, bands, and other props may be used during the training session.
Turbo Kick - You'll kick, punch and groove the calories away in this action packed, super safe and effective cardiovascular workout.
Youth Training - Instructed by Sport-Specific Certified
Trainers, the class is designed to teach our youth the proper
way to lift. These classes are safe and effective, as good
technique in weight training is imperative!
Boot Camp - Group training concepts brought
back to the military basics, designed to improve strength
and endurance while increasing flexibility, balance and coordination. This is a SPECIALTY class that will be offerred a few times throughout the year for a fee... so look for it!
