PREMIER Personal Training Pakages:
Package 1: Start Smart Program- includes 4 sessions per month, once per week, for 30 minutes each session. This is a great start for trainers to assess, educate, instruct, and train beginners in the gym with a strong foundation. (see our Start Smart Page for more details)
Cost $100
Package 2: Single Personal Training Session- includes one on one session specifically designed to meet your needs and goals. A member can choose to spend one full hour or a half hour with the trainer learning the tailored workout routine.
Cost $40 45 minutes $25 half hour
Package 3: 8 Personal Training Sessions- includes training twice a week with a trainer for one month for one hour or half hour sessions.
Cost $280 for 8 45 minute sessions $200 for 8 half hour sessions
Package 4: 12 Personal Training Sessions- includes training three days a week for a full month for a half hour or a full hour at each session.
Cost $360 for 12 45 minute sessions $280 for 12 half hour sessions
